We can accept your own designs via email, or you may communicate with us via this website.

If you wish to send a document to The Print Practice for printing, then we do have the capability to accept file sizes much greater than standard email. Please contact for upload instructions.

If sending files in pdf format, then do not compress, and please fully embed the fonts when you create the pdf and not just a subset. This will reduce those occurrences of unrecognized fonts. If you are unable to embed the fonts, then please send a copy of the fonts with the document. If you look at the properties of the pdf file, it will tell you which fonts are contained in the document and whether they are embedded  fully or a subset. If in doubt, then you can always send the original file in Illustrator (ai) or coreldraw format.
